Leaning so much about the Spirit of Prophecy and the nature of prophecy. What I learned last week was that Ellen White as given a vision. However, every time she tried to recall it she could not remember it. It is telling, for we must wait on God and be on His time. It was not until four months later at the General Conference meeting that it was time to tell the vision and this time Ellen White remembered it. It was also when those in a closed meeting when discussing how the publishing company should change; those in attendance stood up and verified what Ellen White had seen from four months ago in her vision. We cannot push God or help Him when he knows what is to come. We need to let events play out for us to see what God means for us to do. God does not need help. We just need to be patient and learn to listen for His voice.
